Terms of Use for LingoBoard - Writing Better

Welcome to LingoBoard - Writing Better ("LingoBoard", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

2. Purchases, Subscriptions and Refunds

Some parts of the Service may be offered for a price or require a subscription. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store and governed by Apple’s terms; we do not control the App Store’s purchasing or refund processes. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.

3. User Content

The Service may allow you to submit text, feedback, or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and display such content in connection with the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics and logos, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you will end.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If you downloaded the Service from the App Store, you also agree to comply with the App Store Review Guidelines and Apple’s terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
